Shipping policy

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Orders are sent using Royal Mail or DPD, depending on the service selected at checkout. All tracked services include a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.

Delivery timeframes begin from the date of dispatch, not the time the order is placed. Orders placed during busy periods may take slightly longer to leave our warehouse.

Next working day services apply to working days only and do not include weekends or bank holidays.
